Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts was born in Atlanta on October 28, 1967 to Betty Lou Bredemus and Walter Grady Roberts. Roberts is from the fourth generation of Roberts family to have been a resident of Atlanta. It began with her great grandfather John Pendleton Roberts who was a farm. At an early age, her father was interested in theatre. As a student at Emory University in 1952 he acted in productions on campus and in Atlanta. When he was stationed in Biloxi in Mississippi, he was commissioned into the air force in 1953. Betty Lou Bredemus was part of the show as well. They got married in the year 1955, and their first son Eric Anthony was born in 1956. Walter was a student at Tulane University at New Orleans in the year 1957, after they had separated from the US Air Force. Walter began his work at Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio in 1960. Walter along with Betty Lou started production in 1964 for the children's local Saturday morning TV show Bum Bum and His Buddies that they self-funded. They established an Actors and Writers Workshop in that same year. It lasted 6 years. They also had Lelisa Billingsley (also called Lisa) and Julia (also also known as Julie) during this period.
