LeBron Raymone James Sr. born on the 30th of December, 1984, is an American professional basket ball player, who plays for the Los Angeles Lakers (NBA). King James, he's widely thought of as the best basketball player ever and is often is compared with Michael Jordan during debates about the greatest basketball player of all time. James is the winner of four NBA Championships as well as the four NBA MVP Awards and Four NBA Finals MVP Awards and three All-Star MVP Awards. He is also the proud owner of the distinction of having two Olympic gold medals. James is the NBA All-Star with the most playoff points, the second highest career point total, and the seventh highest career assist total. Alongside being an NBA All-Star, James was selected as a member of an NBA All-NBA Team on 18 occasions. James was the third player to compete in NBA Finals. Eight of the games were in consecutive order from 2011 to 2018. James has been selected for his place on the NBA 75th Anniversary Team and became the NBA's very first player to have scored 10,000+ points as well as rebounds and assists in his career in 2022. James played basketball at St. Vincent St. Mary High School in Akron Ohio, where he was raised. National media touted James as a future NBA superstar. As a prep to pro it was it was the Cleveland Cavaliers chose him as the top pick during the NBA draft of 2003. The 2004 NBA Rookie of the Year the player quickly became one of the league's premier players, winning an NBA MVP award in 2010 and 2009.
